UMRR stands for Universal Medium Range Radar: 

This Radar sensor is able to measure range, speed and angle of multiple objects simultaneously. It provides a hardware (antenna) and software selectable field of view, true object separation capability in range and Doppler, operation from a stationary position or from a moving platform. It has a small size and low power consumption. A number of different housing options are available. Stand-alone or network operation is possible.

The latest generations are extremely robust, operate under almost all wheather conditions and in a temperature interval from -40°C to +85°C.

The UMRR was designed to be a versatile platform sensor. A set of different antennas are available, allowing to select your desired field of view. The detection software can be configured to meet most requirements regarding min. and max. range, min. and max. speed, measurement time and angular field of view.
