MDL Micro Laser Module (MLM)

MDL introduces its latest laser module in its range, the Micro Laser Module. Designed for applications where weight, size and power consumption are critical. The Device uses USB for both its power and data communications. This fully housed version has a inclusive Red Dot Pointer for alignment purposes (on and off control via coms port) and the following performance characteristics.

OEM Altimeter

Altimeters can be provided as an OEM module or combined with a visual cockpit display to form a fully functioning end user system. Three variations of modules are available with ranges of up to 1500 m (4650 ft) and can be configured to output range or make speed calculations such as rate of descent. 

Ibeo Standard Four Layer Multi-Echo LUX Sensor

  • Range up to 90m/295ft
  • Multiple echo detection for excellent performance under all weather conditions
  • Embedded data (pre-)processing (ground and clutter classifications) 
  • Multiple layers for pitching compensation
  • Embedded object classification and tracking (up to 65 objects)

IBEO Standard (8L) Eight Layer/Multi-Echo LUX Sensor (Prototype)

  • Based on the awarded Ibeo laser scanning technology
  • Object tracking on top 4 layers and raw data ground scanning/ profiling at the same time 
  • Double vertical field of view (6.4 deg) managed in two pairs of 4 layers
  • Embedded data (pre-)processing (ground and clutter classifications)  
  • Embedded object classification and tracking (up to 65 objects) on top four layers only
